Uber scraps mandatory arbitration clause for sexual harassment claims

(Reuters) - Uber Technologies Inc [UBER.UL] on Tuesday became the second major company to scrap mandatory arbitration to settle sexual harassment or assault claims, giving victims several options to pursue their claims including public lawsuits.
