Russia's Megafon cuts stake in Mail.ru to form digital venture
MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's No.2 mobile phone operator Megafon said on Tuesday it would set up a joint venture with Gazprombank and state defense conglomerate Rostec to develop digital projects.
