OTTAWA (Reuters) – The new national budget unveiled Wednesday by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberal government took aim at ride-sharing providers such as Uber Technologies Inc [UBER.UL], looking to end a tax advantage they have over traditional taxi companies.
