SEOUL (Reuters) – South Korea’s special prosecutor on Sunday delayed a decision on whether or not to seek a warrant to arrest Samsung Group [SAGR.UL] leader Jay Y. Lee, who was questioned on bribery suspicions in an influence-peddling investigation.
