SHANGHAI (Reuters) – China’s commerce ministry is investigating the planned merger of ride-hailing firm Didi Chuxing and the Chinese unit of U.S. rival Uber Technologies Inc [UBER.UL] over anti-monopoly concerns, the ministry’s spokesman said on Friday.
